BILLAH TECH LLC provides software development, design, cloud infrastructure, consulting, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and project completion, ownership of custom deliverables is transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement. BILLAH TECH LLC retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential experience gained during the project.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, deposits, and milestones are defined in each project proposal or agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the course of a project private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
BILLAH TECH LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms outlined in that agreement. Upon termination, fees for work completed up to that point remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
